Last wk I got a $3 off Almay crt, so I used it with the $5 crt, getting 2 $5.99 wipes and used a $3 eb = $0.98, got $4 back!
When I tried to use my $5 red machine coupon on $6.49 lip gloss, out only took off $3.xx. I had her ring it again, but still no go. Not sure why?!
I picked up the eye makeup remover for $6.49 and for some reason the CRT took off $4.20 instead of $5, strange! I wasn’t going to hold up the line for $0.80 but it was still odd and unappreciated. I know this is not H2S fault at all but for others who are going in to use it, you may not get the full value deducted.
Both of my Almay came off at the right amounts. I have in the past had CRTs adj down to strange amts and neither I nor the cashiers know why. I think there is something wrong with the internal calculation, so when you use crts or ecb’s, it pro-rates across all items, which can make your crts (or ebs) adj down. I would def call CS and let them know it’s not cool to get crt’s from the coupon center and they don’t deduct off properly. The more people that call to complain, the better. And tell them you’re going to contact your state AG office for shady business practices. Honestly, it’s the only way to get their attention that there’s something wrong and to get their programming fixed.
The expiration on the red machine coupons tend to be tied to when you actually printed them, so expirations will vary from person to person. I didn’t print mine until today and it expires on oct 7th. Generally they expire a week after printing.
