Possibly Up to 90% Off at JCPenney (Apparel, Home, Shoes & More)
Through January 6th, you may want to run into your local JCPenney where they are offering an extra 50% off pink ticket clearance items! Even better, these clearance items are already marked down 60% – 80% off!
No coupon is needed, but you may want to watch as the cashier rings up your items to be sure the discount applied. If not, just mention it to your cashier and they should be able to price adjust since the store signs clearly state 50% off pink tags.
Keep in mind stock and clearance can vary by location.

I love their deep discounts but hate that my jcp removed all the price checkers in the store. Now you have to take a bunch of items you otherwise wouldn’t to the cashier just to make sure what the price is. And there’s ALWAYS a long line to make. Just saying. It would save a lot of worker’s time in not having to put so many things back. Maybe it’s just my store.
You can download the app and it has an in store price scanner on it. All you do is scan the tag with your phone.
Wow, didn’t know that!!! I will have to try
Great tip Fran! Thank you so much for sharing!
Your welcome. I work at JCP so I understand customers frustrations when there isn’t a price scanner.
Unless you have a different JCP app than I do, it does not have a scanner. It’s one of the few shopping apps that doesn’t come with a scanner.
You have to go to the stores tab at the bottom and make sure your location is on and then hit the scannee button which is like a few lines next to each other.
Thank for that info
I agree, hate that they took the price checkers down. Walmart has also done this, last I checked, they do still have one in electronics. Not very convenient! I wouldn’t mind downloading the app, but I already have so many to be able to get rewards and of course my favorite app (Hip2Save) that I don’t really have space for more just to check prices. I thought there was an app to consolidate several into one. Does anyone else know of an app that does this? I may just not understand what the app is.
The Walmart app has a price checker
The additional 50 off is only pink ticketed clearance and my store had very few things in the clearance area that was pink ticketed.
Yes! Just the pink ticketed items. Bummer that your store didn’t have much to choose from! 🙁
I stopped in the other day and got leggings for my 8 year old daughter for .69.
My JCP store also removed all of their price-checking machines, too. They told me to use the JCP app on my cell phone to check the price (scan barcode on app). Okay, fine … but I couldn’t get cell phone reception in their store! Very disappointing.
Yes! And their WiFi never works.
I think JCP quality is better than Kohls or Macys. I like the brand called ANA. It reminds me of J Crew and Madewell. I like they have Sephora but its small. I’m not a fan of the shoes either. Penneys has the best costume jewelry. The long lines at the register bum me out but it moves fairly quick.
I really like the ANA line too! And their clearance deals – like this one – are hard to beat. Even my husband likes to shop them with me!
I agree! I think the clothes are much cuter too! ANA is my favorite.
Run! 9 Nike girls items for $40, mens Nike shirts and shorts $4 & $5!
I got some stuff today and I guess I should’ve checked my receipt throughly before I left because the “pink ticket prices” on some of my items didn’t ring up correctly 🙄 I live 40 minutes away so it’s not even worth the gas money to get the prices adjusted.
Oh bummer Breanna! Sorry it’s so far for you to go and get the prices adjusted! 🙁
Country life lol 😆
If you used a credit card, try calling and see if they will return and adjust the prices for you over the phone.
Thank you! I will try that ☺️
I went today didnt find anything cute its all the weird reject stuff no one else bought that year
I got my boys tons of Nike and Adidas shorts for summer for $2 to $4 each.
