I was so excited to see this deal since I suffer from plantar fasciitis. However, I tried to contact Proozy on a problem with my order and cannot get a response. I called 4 times yesterday and they just tell you to leave a message and they will get back to you. They never did call me back and now the order has shipped to an incorrect address and I doubt that I will get it. I am not happy with their customer service at all.
