“76-year-old, very active male here. I’ve been working out with resistance bands and tubes, alternating with free weights and indoor and outdoor cycling. I got this weight bench to add more variety to my workouts. I am very pleased with the purchase. It seems well-made, super easy to adjust, easy to move around where I want it, and stable. I had read in some reports that it lacks stability. That hasn’t been my experience. The padding is firm but comfortable.
