I received the Echo Show 5 for Christmas, and prior to that, I never thought twice about purchasing one for myself. However, within the first hour of unboxing it, I had already connected my Ring doorbell, Govee light strip, Fire TV Stick, and Spotify Playlist. I had also set two reminders, added items to my shopping list, checked the forecast, set a timer, and played specific songs while I made dinner using only voice commands.
I’m still figuring out everything it can do but I’m finding it to be incredibly intuitive and super handy to have around. It’s also worth noting that I am not technically inclined at all.
