Hi there acgold! 💕 The Amazon Photos app is free, and the storage is “unlimited full-resolution photo storage with Prime.” 🙌 I wasn’t eligible previously, but it looks like I may be now – so I plan on trying to score this deal too! Hoping this is helpful!
I’m curious. Are “our” photos safe and protected uploading them to the Amazon Photo App, and my second question is, of what benefit is it to Amazon? They offer this free, but companies don’t offer these kind of services to get nothing out of it. I’m leary of doing this and not convinced it’s worth the release of my persona photos for $15 of spending credit. Thoughts anyone?

How is Amazon Photos secured?
Amazon Photos provides online storage. Safekeeping your photos and videos in the cloud keeps them secure, even if your devices (and the pictures in them) are lost or destroyed. Once you turn on Auto-Save in Settings, your photos are automatically saved to your Amazon Photos account. Learn more about Amazon Photos security by reading our Terms of Use.
Who can see my photos?
Because your photos and videos are encrypted, you (and those you share your password with) are the only ones who can view your photos on Amazon Photos.
To score this offer, you’ll need to be an eligible Amazon Prime customer and upload at least one photo through the Amazon Photos app for the first time.
