for none snow, raining or high wind area it serves is purpose. Not really strong frame. I live in los angeles, ca and as soon as I set it up, three days later had to go through high strong wind of 25 mph. I mad sure to tie it down to some concrete blocks and next to iron window frame and remove the very small top cover. It survived. 🙂 is good for temporary for this price not too bad. Darn, I paid the full price 🙁

Does anyone know what the website is for Real Living. I can only find Sunjoy. They have tents close to this, but I really want to get privacy curtains to keep the rain and snow out in the winter. Yes! I’m keeping mine up. I’m in Philly and it has lasted through some high winds. Anyway….I thought it would be great in the winter to sit in and watch TV. Any recommendations are appreciated
