A bread knife on a cutting board with bread

This ergonomic wooden bread knife features a sharp serrated blade and a sturdy, break-resistant handle that makes slicing soft bread easy—without squishing it. Perfect for everything from sourdough and baguettes to fruit and cakes, it comes with a protective blade cover and can be easily adjusted for left-handed use. A thoughtful gift for bakers and bread lovers alike. (Hand wash only; not dishwasher-safe.)

Bakers LOVE this bread knife…

My husband suggested I get a knife that would cut into my sourdough loaves. I found this one and thought I would give it a try. It works great! It’s super easy to use, and the handle is easy to hold. It’s very sharp, so be careful when you remove the cover. I took it to a friend’s house so I could cut fresh bread, and her husband wanted to try it and was very impressed! It’s also very easy to clean!

This knife is so great for homemade sourdough bread or really any bread that needs to be sliced. It’s a bow shape, and it has a hearty wooden handle that is easy to use. Such a great, sharp knife for the price! When it cuts the bread, it cuts it evenly without squishing it. Definitely recommend!

The proper way to use the cover/blade guard is…Always put on/take off the protective from the non-sharp side. It will still cover the sharp side but is safer. Ive used a bow bread knife like this for 30+ years.mine was handmade by an artisan and those were his directions. This works really well on bagels too
