Check out these awesome reviews…

While doing my holiday baking with a rock-hard brown sugar, I finally bought one. My mom had one when I was growing up – why I am purchasing my first one at age 40 something is beyond me. Within hours, I had my moist brown sugar back!

I was skeptical, but this really works. I bought this after about a pound of brown sugar went hard in my glass storage container. I soaked the bear as instructed and put it in the container. By the next day, the brown sugar was as soft as when I first bought it. Incredible!

This little guy brought 5 brick-hard bags (all in one big jar) back to soft fluffy life! It really works. Just an FYI, you have to check it once in a while to make sure it is getting rehydrated. But I’m very happy with this purchase. I can finally keep my brown sugar in a glass jar!

Alternately, as a pastry chef I’ve always put a few jumbo marshmallows in the airtight container with my brown sugar. It gives the brown sugar enough moisture to keep from hardening and lasts for months.

one time i had some cookies that got too hard because they were on a plate with plastic wrap that was not airtight enough. I put them overnight in a Gladware container with one of these and it revived them and they tasted fresh and soft again!
