This 16.5″x 12″x 2.5″ pan is constructed from heavy-duty carbon steel and is outfitted with stainless steel handles. It can withstand temperatures up to 450°F. While it’s save to put in the top rack of the dishwasher, they do recommend hand washing for best results.
This non-stick pan includes an angled wire rack insert that drains off excess fat and grease while roasting to provide better air circulation that will help your food cook evenly. If you remove the rack, this pan is also great for making casseroles or lasagna.

I brought this pan to make lasagna and to cook baby back ribs. When I made the ribs the clean-up was great. I just poured soap, let it sit for a while, then clean…easy breezy!!!
Nice roasting pan. Just what I was looking for. Slightly larger than I needed but that’s on me for not checking measurements. I love that it has handles. I would recommend this to all buyers.
Seems sturdy and well-made. Used it several times now and no warping. Definitely need to use silicone-tipped utensils to avoid scratching the nonstick surface. Good quality, good value for the money.
