Versatile machine. Makes great pasta every time I use it. Made some fab fresh squeezed OJ with it. Crushed some frozen strawberries into a sorbet that was a hit.

The pasta machine works just like the videos. Simple with fresh pasta in 16 minutes. The recipe book is excellent and I must recommend all semolina flour pasta recipes. Super easy to clean up – takes me about 15 minutes total time. The suggestion on how to freeze the pasta works and it tastes just as if it was made that day when you go from freezer to boiling water.

Very easy to use, even my 6-year-old granddaughter helped. Mix 4 or 5 ingredients right into the mixing chamber and turn it on. The kneading paddle will mix the dough and then automatically reverse to︅ make sure the dough is well mixed. You may have to add more water in the process, but the noodles were delicious. Highly recommend if you like homemade pasta.
