Possible FREE Sensi Smart Thermostat for Homeowners
A smart thermostat could be a more efficient option for your home!
For a limited time or while supplies last, head on over to Sensi Emerson where you can register for a discounted or possibly FREE Sensi Thermostat – depending on the state you reside in and your utility provider.
Simply head here and scroll down to see if your state and utility provider is participating in the program. Note, the utilities listed offer an instant rebate via their online marketplace, but other utility providers may also offer a traditional rebate.
To find a traditional rebate, go here and scroll down. You will see ‘Don’t see your utility? You may still have rebates available!’ Click on the tab that states ‘No Rebates. Change Location’ to enter your zip code to find other available offers.
Smart thermostats allow you to control the climate in your home remotely. Plus they “learn” from your behaviors, can show you energy consumption in real-time, and can be programmed to adjust themselves for conditions like hot and humid weather. For example, you can tell the thermostat to shut off after you leave the house for work, and have it kick back on to make the house comfortable by the time you get home!
Sensi Smart thermostats are Energy Star Certified and work with almost all smart home devices like Alexa, Google Assistant, and more. They are simple to install (most can be done in under 30 minutes); work with most existing wiring and can be controlled from anywhere with the free mobile app.
Why turn up the heat when you can cozy up in a new throw blanket?
is it worth $24? my provider isn’t for free
My friend and I purchased this sensei model from Amazon a few years ago. she’s never had any issues with it. while I felt like my a/c ran more often than when I had a basic (no wifi) thermostat. But maybe my home is located where its hotter who knows. Because of it running almost every 15mins I didnt noticed one day that the internal thermometer broke and was running non-stop until I got a huge electricity bill. I then had to fight tooth and nail with Emerson to replace the thermostat since I was still under warranty. I left the basic one on and haven’t changed it back because I’m too scared it will happen again. On a positive note $24 is cheap for this model so it is a good deal lol.
