This is a good ice maker. Easy to operate and cranks out a lot of ice per fill of water. When ice is transferred to a freezer, it sticks together, but that is because of the lower temperature in the freezer. Nothing that an ice pick can’t handle.
Love this machine! I followed the directions and it works like a charm. The first batch of ice comes out kinda weird but don’t worry let it keep running and the ice cubes get better! don’t open the door too much to help the cool air stay in. Also, use cold water or add a few ice cubes to the reservoir water and it will make the ice bigger and faster. Overall very happy with this ice machine.
