Below, we’re sharing all the best Halloween deals that were available for Halloween 2023. From the looks of this list, there was no shortage of tasty treats!

7-Eleven had BOGO pizzas.
On October 31st, 2023, 7Rewards loyalty members could score a buy one, get one free deal on any large pizza at 7-Eleven and Stripes convenience stores.
7Rewards loyalty members could also enjoy the MTN DEW PITCH BLACK Slurpee drink for just $1 all season long.
99 Restaurants served free food for kids on Halloween!
Kids 10 and under could score a FREE Kids Meal with the purchase of every adult meal! This offer was available for dine-in or to-go!
Free boneless wings & $5 spooky sips at Applebee’s Grill & Bar
Applebee’s served up Halloween-themed adult beverages for just $5 each through the end of October 2023! These Spooky Sips were available in two scary-good flavors: Dracula’s Juice (a wildberry margarita with Jose Cuervo Tequila and Bacardi Superior), and the Tipsy Zombie (a mix of Bacardi Superior, passion fruit, pineapple, cherry, and lime flavors, plus a gummy brain topped with Midori)!
Ordering from home? Applebee’s offered free Boneless Wings with any online purchase of $40 or more for delivery when ordered online at Applebees.com or on the Applebee’s mobile app.
Additionally, select Applebee’s restaurants gave away two free kids’ meals for every adult entrée purchased on Halloween, but this offer varied by location. We suggest contacting your local Applebee’s to see if they participate!
Here’s the scoop on Baskin Robbins Halloween deals!
On October 31st only, Baskin Robbins offered 31% off all scoops! Note that this offer excluded waffle cones, toppings, and sundaes.
Kids in costume ate cheap at Brick House Tavern + Tap.
On Halloween, costumed lil’ monsters (ages 10 and under) received a 99¢ Kids Meal with the purchase of an adult entrée at Brick House Tavern + Tap.
Kids ate for just 99¢ at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co.
Today, October 31st only, kids could order a 99¢ kids meal at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. with the purchase of an adult entrée. This offer was valid for kids ages 10 and under.
Burger King Royal Perks members could scare up a spicy meal deal.
From October 13th through October 31st, BK Royal Perks members could order through the app or online to score a Ghost Pepper Whopper, a 4-piece Ghost Pepper Chicken Fry, small French fries, a small fountain drink, and a Hershey Sundae Pie for $13.
Note that if you’re not a fan of spicy foods, you could swap out non-spicy versions of the Whopper and Fries.
Free slice of cheesecake from The Cheesecake Factory
From October 30th through November 2nd, Cheesecake Rewards members could choose one free slice of The Cheesecake Factory’s Reese’s Peanut Butter Chocolate Cake Cheesecake or Hershey’s Chocolate Bar Cheesecake with their dine-in, online pickup or delivery order of $40 or more.
Cheesecake Reward members (free to join) found this offer instantly loaded into their account.
Adults 21+ could score a $6 Fangtastic Margarita from Chili’s.
In October 2023, the Chili’s Margarita of the Month was the $6 Fangtastic Margarita. It was made with Lunazul Blanco Tequila, triple sec, fresh sour, and blood orange syrup and topped with a set of ghoulish black fangs.
Chipotle had BOOritos for $6.
On October 31st only, from 3pm to closing time, Chipotle will hosted their annual Boorito event for Rewards members (free to join) and offered $6 entrées with a promo code.
Note that this offer was only available online through the app for rewards members, with a limit of one use per account.
On Halloween 2023, 53 Chipotle restaurants in popular college towns also remained open until midnight. As a bonus, the first 100 Chipotle entree orders placed between 10pm and midnight received an exclusive TABASCO bottle of Scorpion sauce.
Kids could celebrate Halloween at Chuck E. Cheese.
During Chuck E. Cheese’s 2023 Halloween Boo-tacular Celebration, kids got an additional 30 Minutes of All You Can Play Time FREE with the purchase of 60 minutes or more. And if your child came dressed in costume, they got 100 bonus E-tickets – no purchase necessary!
Del Taco had tasty freebies for Rewards Members!
Del Taco had a month-long Tacoberfest Celebration in 2023! On Halloween, Rewards Members (free to join) could snag a FREE Carne Asada Stuffed Quesadilla Taco w/ any $3 purchase.
Dunkin’ Rewards members got free coffee and other perks all month long!
Throughout the month of October, Dunkin’ Rewards members got a free medium Hot or Iced Coffee on Mondays with purchase, a $2 Medium Cold Brew, and $1 off a half dozen Classic Donuts.
Boosted Dunkin’ Rewards members got 3X points on Hot or Iced Signature Lattes. Members could also order ahead on the app on Wednesdays to earn 100 bonus points!
Kids got a free Scary Face Pancake from IHOP.
On October 31st, 2023, kids 12 and under got a FREE Scary Face Pancake at IHOP with the purchase of an adult entrée. This offer was valid for dine-in only between the hours of 4PM and 10PM.
Kids ate for just 99¢ on Halloween at Joe’s Crab Shack.
On October 31st only, kids 10 and under got one FREE kids’ meal with the purchase of an adult entrée (excluding crab fare items) at Joe’s. Costumes were welcome, but not required!
Krispy Kreme rolled out free doughnuts for costumed customers!
In 2023, you could grab a Scooby-Doo Halloween Dozen at Krispy Kreme! Even better, you could get a dozen Original Glazed Donuts for $2 with the purchase of a dozen Scooby donuts and a promo code.
Best of all, any guest who visited a Krispy Kreme dressed in a Halloween costume received one FREE doughnut of their choice – no purchase necessary!
McAlister’s Rewards members got 50% off the deli’s Witches Brew.
On October 31st, 2023 only, McAlister’s Rewards Members got 50% off up to two 32 oz. Caramel Apple Lemonade “Witches Brew” beverages with the purchase of an adult entrée.

Customers in costume got 31% off at MOD Pizza.
On October 31st, 2023, customers who visited any MOD store wearing a Halloween costume received 31 percent off their in-store purchase.
Papa Murphy’s beloved Jack-O-Pizza returned for Halloween 2023!
On October 31st, 2023, you could get a large 14″ Papa Murphy’s Jack-O Pizza for only $10! For just $3 more, you could upgrade to the 16″ family size for an easy way to feed your family on the cheap.
BOGO Entrees at Qdoba
On October 31st, 2023 only, you could grab a free Entree with the purchase of any entree and a drink! Offer was valid for rewards members only.
Free Quiznos sub with a $10 purchase on October 32nd?!
Quiznos called for the creation of a new calendar day to recover from Halloween, and that was probably the best idea we heard in a long time!
To celebrate, Quiznos gave customers a free 8″ sub in the US (or 9″ sub in Canada) on October 32 with a $10 purchase. To claim this offer, just download and sign up for the Quiznos Toasty Points app or be an existing member.
Since Quiznos couldn’t quite get an extra day added to our Gregorian calendar, this offer was valid on November 1st. 😉
Speedway had BOGO pizzas.
On October 31st, 2023, Speedy Rewards loyalty members could score a buy one, get one free deal on any large pizza at Speedway convenience stores.

Taco Cabana had 5 tacos for $2.
Taco Cabana sold its annual, limited-time Taco Treats For A Cause Halloween Coupon Booklets in 2023. For just $2, you could buy a booklet that included five coupons for a free TC bean and cheese taco.
This offer was valid in-store only, and all proceeds from the booklet sales were donated to various children’s hospitals.
Wendy’s Boo! Coupon Books returned for 2023!
Throughout the month of October 2023, Wendy’s offered its very popular Halloween Boo! Coupon Books for just $1 each. This coupon book included FIVE free Jr. Frosty coupons, making each Frosty just 20¢ each!
