Having a little grill instead of a large bulky one fits our little family’s needs. The ceramic shape gives even cooking, we have grilled, chicken, burgers & choc. chip cookies. It keeps the coals hot for over an hour, so you can continuously cook different items. The center part can be removed to roast marshmallows. It is a handy little grill, we use it a lot. Best part, it doesn’t take up very much space & it is easy to clean!!!
This is a gem. Very easy to assemble, no issues with everything bolting right on. Lightweight only 40 lbs. Easy to clean. Just season the grill grate with oil before and after cooking. Uses very little lump charcoal to heat to 500 degrees and will control the temperature at lower degrees very well. I’ve grilled and smoked chicken, brisket, burgers and steak to perfection. No hot spots it cooks very evenly. Very important to buy the heat diverting stone with it for smoking. Best bang for your dollar.
