Kitchen Aid is no doubt the best, but this immersion blender means business! It makes quick work of blending soups, turning eggs and oil into the best mayo imaginable, or some delicious pesto, and I don’t have to drag out my Ninja blender for every little thing. I absolutely recommend the extra expense of the cordless version because I can smooth out some soup right on the stove without digging for an electrical outlet. It’s spectacular!
I love this tool and the fact that it is wireless is so fantastic! I have very little counter and kitchen space, so not dragging a cord across other ingredients or over a stove with open flames feels so much safer! The length is perfect and the weight of the blender is well-balanced for use. The pan guard stays attached in heavy use and clean up is easy peasy! Way to go Kitchen Aid!
