Can’t recommend this griddle enough. It’s sturdy and well-built. The sides that cover the top are a nice bonus. The cast iron cooktop is sturdy. It seasoned well. I cooked bacon, sausage, and hash browns for the family at the same time. It was so nice doing it all at once compared to doing one at a time. Can’t wait to use it more.
Got this for a really great price. Quality is just as good as the Blackstone flat top grills. In fact, I suspect they may even be the manufacturer. Assembly takes a little time, but the unit is well-made and very sturdy with high-quality parts. Overall, a really great value without paying the name-brand price.
