Michaels $10 Grab Bags & Boxes Have Returned
Michaels grab bags have returned!
Grab bags have always been extremely popular with Michaels’ customers. For a limited time, the next round of much anticipated Grab Bags are available for $10 each – valid in-store only!
Even better, if you’ve had your eye on a few Easter items but didn’t get to grab them, this might possibly be your second chance to score them… and at a steal!
Michaels offers these grab bags & boxes at various times throughout the year. These bags are often packed full of clearance crafts, decor, and more. It’s said the items in each box previously retailed for up to $100 total. Last time we scored a box full of holiday craft kits.
Note you may want to call your local Michaels store and ask if your location has these bargain bags or boxes available. If your store doesn’t have them right now, be sure to keep checking back!
While it can be hard to guess what’s in these surprise boxes, you can sometimes glean a hint from the size or weight of the box, and what may happen to be sticking out.
These grab bags can be filled with just about anything, but usually include seasonal decor, crafting supplies, kids’ activity books, puzzles, games, ribbon, tissue paper, Mylar balloons, tote bags, and much more!
Check out some of what Cam scored in her bag/box!
We sent Cam back to her local store; this time her grab box was filled with Easter craft supplies. This can be great if you missed out on getting to the store for the Easter clearance deals.
But was it worth it at $10? Absolutely! Especially if Easter craft supplies are something you’re hoping to score.
For our $10 investment, we scored easter baskets, multiple rolls of crafting fabric, Easter egg dye kits, and wood cutouts priced from $5.99 to $19.99 each.
If you happen to get a box or two with nothing you need, consider donating these items to a classroom or Sunday school program. Looking at it that way, you really can’t lose!
So, if you’re up for the surprise, know that many readers in the past have loved them!
Here’s what some of our readers scored last time around…
I just bought 2 boxes at one store, and 1 box at another store, they were all wonderful!! I got 10 bundles of garland, 3 boxes of lights, paper, gift bags and scentcicles!!! Love them!!!
Y’all I got some amazing ones! One of them had over $280 in ribbon!! Other items included whimsical Christmas signs, garland, window decals, baking stuff. So fun!!
I grabbed two of these for the first time every yesterday and was very happy with both – one had a lot of the kids crafts, which I know my nieces and nephews will love. The second one had Christmas decor and craft kits, plus a lot of ribbon, which I was very pleased with!
As you can see, some readers have reported AWESOME bags filled with merchandise totaling hundreds of dollars! Let us know in the comments what you got in your grab box! Good luck!
Hip Tip: If your bag or box is full of items you don’t like and don’t want to regift or donate, try selling them via Facebook Marketplace or OfferUp. You’ll likely earn back more than what you spent!

I have commented on this before. In NYC they were $2. then $5. One time I got all Easter grass that is worth about .50. The next time I got a whole box of cinnamon pine cones. The last straw was a box of broken refillable glass ornaments and an Advent house with 5 doors broken off. I bought the box back and asked for a refund. I used to buy to donate whatever craft items to the shelter. Stopped buying because they just throw in anything. It is not supposed to be broken junk. I know many of the other comments have been the same.
Thanks for taking a moment to share what items you’ve received in these boxes, acgold! Sorry to hear they included broken items. That does sound frustrating. We appreciate your honest feedback! 🤗 ❤️
