We have one of these and bought another for our son and his family. We use ours once or twice a week to cook chicken drumsticks and potato wedges (fries). Lots of recipes out there, we use olive oil spray to mist the drumsticks or potato strips, then season them with powdered garlic or spice rub mix.
I did get a silicone basket liner to put into the cooking basket, and that really makes cleaning the basket a breeze. The basket is submersible for cleaning. 8-drumsticks standing up around the sides of the basket and 22 minutes at 400 degrees on the air-fry setting work perfectly every time. Potatoes seem to vary on cooking time, but still come out excellent. Very convenient for a quick simple dinner.
I’ve always put off buying an air fryer, then a friend told me how good this Ninja is, so I bought one. Wow! I cook everything in it; haven’t had the need to turn on the oven, to roast potatoes, chicken breast, and salmon baked in 10 minutes.
