Sharp is an understatement. These knives are incredible. True that they are perfectly balanced, so comfortable to use, and because they are so sharp you need to use little to no pressure. No more having to go back over a slice or cut to complete it, cut delicate tomatoes as if they were butter. Highly recommend.
