As a matter of principle I won’t pay for that. You may want to let them know if you partner with them that some will just go with a different company.
Actually it was more when I put my whole order in, which I will not be purchasing.

Also, hip2save~ you might want to correct your “shipped” price because they charge you extra to ensure you can return a mattress that might be damaged in transit, or not delivered as described.
I almost bought this last time it was posted but my gut said it was shady and not honest…so I did my own research on mattresses! Reddit for the win you can base it off of upvotes
Hi Ana! I did a little more digging into this. It looks like the Worry-Free Purchase is optional coverage that can be removed from the cart, so it isn’t part of the shipped price. I also checked Novilla’s policies, and they do provide support if a mattress arrives damaged or defective, with instructions to contact them with photos or videos. Hopefully this is helpful! ❤️

I understand this is your job and you are not responsible for the way the company operates. Please don’t take this as anything negative towards you.
I think a lot of people are exhausted from the extra fees, especially after checkout.
I won’t support a company that adds fees on the end for something that should be basic customer service.
So they want to add an extra $5 or $10 dollars so I’m not harassed if my order isn’t delivered correctly?
My point was you may want to let them know they will lose customers over this tacky move.

I was thinking about purchasing this, but it looks a little sketchy after researching. Does Hip2Save partner with them legitimately? Like are you aware they are a legitimate company who does good business and provides a quality product? I’d like to think Hip2Save doesn’t provide partnership codes without vetting the company first, but I’m not sure what the process is from your end and whether your ability to provide a H2S specific code should indicate to readers that we can trust the company.

I totally understand your concerns, especially when it’s a company you may not be familiar with. Several members of the Hip2Save team have Novilla mattresses, including myself. The images you see in our posts and feedback are from our own team members who have tested the quality of the mattresses. We have partnered with Novilla for several years now, and can confidently say that Novilla is a legitimate company.
As for the Worry-Free Shipping add-on that’s been mentioned, it’s a common optional add-on offered through online shopping cart systems, and Novilla doesn’t require you to purchase it. It’s similar to the optional warranties or replacement services you may see when shopping for products on sites like Best Buy or even Amazon. You don’t need to purchase it to get help from Novilla if your mattress arrives damaged during shipping.
Novilla offers direct customer support for issues like this, so you can reach out to them directly if there’s ever a problem. I purchased my Novilla mattress about two years ago and have been very happy with it, and my Hip2Save Sidekicks have also had good experiences with their mattresses, the order process, and the company.
