My husband and I who are in our 70’s just purchased this for a car trip from PA to FL. On the way back, in a Buc-ees parking lot in SC, we encountered a young family with a dead battery. I live in Texas (which unbearably hot). I read the reviews for this jump starter and a potential buyer from Florida reached out to their Customer Service Dept. asking whether it’s okay to leave this in your hot car in the South – Customer Service said no, do not leave it in your hot car. Just passing along this helpful info for y’all.
