I have used this every night since it arrived. We own a king-size mattress, so it’s able to be spread well across the bed. After being able to use it quite a few times already, I’ve been able to identify some good qualities of this blanket: When they say it’s “so huge.” they are not kidding. It is probably the biggest blanket I have ever owned. This blanket is really soft. Even if I don’t need a blanket at the time, I love still being able to cuddle up against it due to its unbelievably soft texture. This may also be the softest blanket I have ever owned as well. Two for two so far.
I was a bit nervous at first that the blanket wouldn’t keep me warm due to it being on the thinner side, but it did not disappoint in this area either. We keep our room relatively chilly during the summer months with the AC going because I love to be able to cuddle up with a warm blanket. This Serta blanket kept me warm the whole night and I didn’t wake up once even a little bit cold. Overall, this oversized blanket by Serta has been amazing all around.
This is the softest most luxurious blanket I have ever owned. I love love love it! Very soft. I washed it on cold, delicate, and dried it on low heat. I washed and dried this before putting it on the bed, and it ended up in exactly the same condition as it was pulled fresh from the package. I like the sheen it has to it and how soft it is. It does a great job of keeping me warm at night!

Okay, why would you want a blanket that you could trip over? I see it laying on the floor on the corners. It would be nice to have a larger blanket though, as now they make blankets that fit full/queen and they are always too small for queen. I would take this and make it fit my queen bed properly, thanks.

Pat, we have the split King and this will be the perfect size. Regular king size blankets are way too small. I had to sew two XL Twin blankets together.
