Yikes. The last time H2S posted about Threshold Total Fresh Antibacterial towels on sale for $5.60, I got 30 of them for our rental properties. They are great. Now they’re $4.90. Will Target refund the difference?

I have a bonus target circle deal for spend $70, get $10 reward. It used to be based off the subtotal, so in this case I would need a subtotal of $70, before discounts applied. Now it says “A “qualifying purchase” is a purchase made after you activate the offer that meets the minimum purchase threshold. Your purchase qualifies after automatic Target Circle deals are applied but before other discounts and coupons. Taxes, fees, and tips do not count toward the minimum purchase.” Did this change recently? Trying to figure out how much I actually need to spend to reach the bonus. Anyone know?
So sorry for the confusion, Klp! I’m seeing the same details listed when checking the terms and conditions of this Circle Offer. It seems a qualifying purchase excludes – alcohol, Target GiftCards, Visa, American Express and Mastercard gift cards/prepaid cards, CVS pharmacy, clinic, and Target Optical. You might try reaching out to customer service for further clarification. ❤️
I did the spend $60 get $10 circle reward this morning. it had to 60 or above or it would not work. this is after all discounts and before sales tax if you have that
