Who else loves Trader Joe’s desserts as much as we do? 🙋♀️ You’re in luck because most TJ stores are stocked with newly created Trader Joe’s When Life Gives You Lemons, Make Ice Cream, which features a sweet yet tart lemon-flavored ice cream! What sounds more refreshing than lemon-flavored, well, anything?! Especially as the temperature rises, nothing sounds better than kicking back with a delicious frozen treat.

The citrus-sweet treat features a silky smooth lemon-flavored ice cream base made with lemon juice and zest along with pieces of shortbread cookies and lemon swirls. You can grab a 16oz pint for just $3.49, but, hurry because this is a limited edition dessert item and tends to sell out quickly.
Trader Joe’s noted that lemons seem to have a bad rep when it comes to fruit-flavored foods, and TJ is determined to change that! This ice cream has claimed to have the utmost balance of both sweet and tart. My Hip sidekick Cam even tried it and loved it!
