I have owned 3 brands of immersion blenders over the years, and this one is the highest quality I’ve experienced. Not surprisingly, since I also feel the same way about Vitamix blenders. The powerful motor on this immersion blender makes this a breeze to use. It just feels a bit heavier and nicer. I tested with homemade applesauce and whipped cream so far, and am loving this one.
If you don’t have an immersion blender yet, they are so handy to have! You can blend up food right in the pot, bowl, or jar. No need to transfer to a blender. It’s so convenient for making soups, pesto, pumpkin puree, homemade mayo, and more! Plus, with the whipped cottage cheese craze, you can do that right in the container using this. I love it!
This little set has become my most-used appliance. This little blender has become my go-to for most of my needs. I have 2 other Vitamix blenders and love them, but this is so simple and useful. Plenty of power for small-batch chopping, and a quick smoothie. Yeah, I love it!
