I have offers on my account for earn 5 for spending 5 and earn 7 for spending 20. Does the spending have to be real spending- manufacturers coupons and money (not cash rewards or register rewards) to qualify? Also if I spend $20 on the viva towels would both 5 and 7 offers apply or does Walgreens only apply one offer per transaction?

Lin, yes those offers work like standard “threshold” deals. So yes that means your OOP cash plus manufacturer’s coupons count towards meeting the threshold and using WC, discount codes, Walgreens gift cards would subtract from meeting the threshold amount. A RR is trickier depending on whether it is a true manufacturer’s coupon or a store coupon. These days it is much trickier to tell. I would avoid it if you are not sure. Now as to whether both the $5 and the $7 would apply is that yes they should stack. Here is the experience of a very well-known Walgreens blogger:
I had no trouble earning my $5 WYB $5 coupon that started on 2/1. I made a transaction over $15 and I earned both my $5 WYB $15 and my $5 WYB $5. I did NOT pay with cash rewards
