This is a great size pan to use for many things. I’m using it for burger fixings. I’ve also baked dessert bars in it. Each time I used it I lined it with parchment paper. So I’m not sure if it sticks or not.
I switched to the 10-inch square pan, and the cake is taller, and still bakes up very nicely. The pan is easy to clean and makes a nice, delicate crust on my cakes.
I’m a long-time user of Wilton products. This one does not disappoint.
