I love these pans! I use them a few times a week to bake cakes. They bake evenly and clean-up is a breeze. Just use soap and water. I use cooking spray oil and line the bottom with a piece of parchment paper. Never had anything stick to the pan. Regarding the sticker, I had no problem removing them. Just rubbed back a corner and carefully pulled off. No residue or anything.

This solved my brownie problem. I couldn’t figure out why my brownies never cooked correctly and then I read an article that you simply must cook them in an aluminum pan and let them cool for at least 30 minutes in the pan before cutting. I did it and now they come out perfectly every time.

This is a great size pan to use for many things. I’m using it for burger fixings. I’ve also baked dessert bars in it. Each time I used it I lined it with parchment paper. So I’m not sure if it sticks or not.
