I bought this when the smoke from the forest fires was in our area. It removed the smell of smoke from our house immediately!!! It seems to be helping me with my allergies, too. I wouldn’t be without it! Very happy with our purchase!
It works well and I can control it with my pad or phone. I leave it on auto and it will adjust on its own – it shuts itself off in the evening and turns back on in the morning or, if it senses air quality problems, I can tell by the color of the light. We purchased two and they make our home not smell like smoke, our town was part of a fire and the smoke was bad.
We have this in our room next to our baby’s bassinet, and each dirty diaper sends the “poor air quality” light all the way to red! Filters seem easy to install, haven’t changed one yet, but it’s only been a few months.

We had this for a couple months and need up taking it back. It started to make a whistling noise so I couldn’t sleep at night. It is also really loud when it is on high and after unplugging it once I was never able to get the blu tooth connection to my phone to work again.

trapfairy…Costco is the best about taking returns. You should definitely return it and get a new one. That’s very odd that you can hear it running. One idea, do you have it plugged into a surge protector? Whether you actually lose power or just have a power surge it could cause the unit to malfunction. Just an idea🤔
We have this and love it. It has made a huge difference in our home. My mother has had hers for a few years and it is still working like a charm!

My husband and I have 2 of them and they work great!! We can’t even tell they’re on because they’re so quiet. The other post noted that they shut off at night and turn back on in the morning. The Bluetooth feature is also a huge plus!! We bought ours because they really keep the air fresh and keep dust particles to a minimum. They are definitely worth the money💰👍

Hi Jennifer, I’m not sure I can choose just one feature because there are so many. Here are a few that come to mind……
It’s a nice compact size, whisper quiet, the lights change color when it senses a smell, Bluetooth allows you to access controls through the app, it has 2 filters, one filters the dust and the charcoal filter removes any odors, it has nighttime mode so the lights shut off and come back on in the morning.
Most of all….it really works!! Love it!👍👍😊😊
