I would be extremely cautious ordering from Kohls on line. I ordered items on November 23rd and am just now slowly receiving shipments. I have one item that doesn’t have a shipping date and is being “processed”. Because of that one item I cannot return or exchange sizes. The ladies at customer service told me because the order is not complete it is still open and they cannot return or exchange on the order. I sincerely hope everyone does not have the same experience with late shipping. 😰
