Please do not partner with this company again. I made the mistake of ordering 12 Xmas presents based on h2s recommendation and 20 days later they are still âready for processingâ. The customer service is terrible , wonât tell me when theyâll ship nor refund me and upon further investigation they have a D- rating with the BBB for scamming customers for the last several years. Really disappointed that H2S would advertise for a company with such a bad reputation. Iâll definitely be thinking twice on my click thru purchases from now on.

I had already emailed you multiple times. Itâs funny it takes a public post calling you out to get an answer. The D- rating and BBB complaints are all for these same reasons and go back several years so Im not convinced your poor customer service is due to âcurrent constraintsâ. Definitely the last time I will be ordering.
