3 Ingredient Tagalongs (No Bake Cookies)

3 INGREDIENT TAGALONG COOKIES

Ingredients

  • 12 Vanilla Wafer Cookies
  • 3 Tablespoons or so of creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • Optional: 1/4 teaspoon coconut oil

Directions

1

Spread peanut butter on top of wafers and place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

2

Microwave chocolate chips for 15 seconds at a time stopping to stir until melted (I like to add a small amount of coconut oil to chocolate chips to make the melted chocolate more smooth).

3

Dip peanut butter topped wafers into chocolate until covered and place on parchment paper. Refrigerate until set. Enjoy!

I love samoas so much I eat it all myself and my kids said I’m the Cookie Monster because they are all gone lol. I don’t think I should buy them anymore…

Maybe a silly question, but how do you dip these in the chocolate without everything getting super messy?
