This dip is amazing and is typically the first dish to disappear at a gathering!
Experiment with different add-ins like diced jalapenos to add some spice, chopped artichokes, or even consider swapping some of the Swiss cheese for Parmesan cheese.

I made this for a big family get together last year and everyone loved it. I left the ritz crackers off one side for a gluten free family member. I highly recommend it. Thanks again Lina!

I had to make it! It was a hit! I make something similar.
Parm Cheese, mayo, onion, garlic and a pinch of sugar and mix together and put it on top of bread and put in oven. Bake the same as your and then broil at end.
Yum! I make a similar dip like that with artichokes – love the bread idea!
Made it exactly as posted here. The family has requested that this is the dish I make for every family get-together. It was the first dish to be eaten. 🙂 Thanks for the recipe!!

This dip is ALWAYS a hit at my gatherings! I usually have to make 2 or 4 because they go so fast. The crumbled crackers on top is a nice touch.

I put the bacon in with the dip before baking, any problem with that?
