If you’re looking for a healthy and easy to make snack for your family, consider making yummy Frozen Yogurt Bark!
It’s such a creative way to serve fruit and yogurt, and makes a really fun project to enjoy with the kids. You can of course customize this idea with any fruit or topping combination your family prefers. This pistachio kiwi version was YUM!
Frozen Yogurt Bark
- 2 Cups Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 Cup Pistachios, Chopped
- 2 Kiwis, chopped
1.) Spread yogurt evenly on a baking pan covered in parchment paper. Sprinkle fruit and nuts over top of yogurt.
2.) Freeze for several hours or overnight and break apart into pieces to serve.
Yes, it does melt pretty quickly so you’d need to keep it frozen until ready to serve. Enjoy!
This looks so neat, and my kids really enjoyed eating their Frozen Yogurt Bark! They actually love pistachio ice cream so this is perfect!
How cute would this idea be for a healthy St. Patrick’s Day treat with lime yogurt instead!? 🍀
