Easy & Oh So Delicious Instant Pot Homemade Mac and Cheese

If you’re looking for some quick and easy recipe ideas, consider trying this outstanding homemade Macaroni and Cheese recipe that can be made in under 30 minutes using evaporated milk to make it thick and creamy. Make this easy pressure cooker mac and cheese for your family weeknight dinner or a cheesy and creamy side dish.
- 1lb. Elbow Macaroni
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 4 Cups water
- 1 Tablespoon Mustard
- 1 Teaspoon Tabasco Sauce
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 12 oz. Can Evaporated Milk
- 3 Cups (12 oz.) Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 3/4 cup (3 oz.) Parmesan Cheese, shredded
Note: The actual cooking time is closer to 20 minutes, because it takes time for the machine to come to pressure and then it cooks. I still feel like it’s easier and more convenient than boiling water on the stove, but if you don’t have a pressure cooker, you can cook your noodles on the stove first and then follow the rest of the instructions.
