Carving pumpkins soon? ๐ŸŽƒ

Make sure to save those seeds and roast them as a delicious fall snack! We love roasting pumpkin seeds as a Halloween tradition. Here’s how to jazz up your oven roasted seeds this year by adding some Ranch seasoning!

Tip: An easy way to separate pulp from seeds is to fill a large bowl with water and place seeds inside. Let them soak while you’re busy carving pumpkins, and the pulp will start sinking to the bottom. You may have to stir seeds with your hands to get the remaining pulp off. Finish by rinsing in a colander.

Feel free to use a store bought Ranch seasoning packet to implement this idea, or use this Homemade Ranch Seasoning recipe. So good!

Oohhh, Ranch sounds great! I usually toss mine with coconut oil & cinnamon or sea salt. And you can do the same for spaghetti & butternut squash seeds too!

I’m doing this tonight. I was hoping to bake my seeds just wasn’t sure how. Pumpkin seeds always remind me of my first grade teacher, she would bring them in an give them to us, inside little baggies for snacks.
