Could someone help me I bought an ice cream machine like the one Collin has and I have not turned out a decent batch yet. I am just trying to make vanilla and it comes out tasting bland. Anyone have a recipe????

    • Cassie Sue

Make sure you use the amount of sugar and flavoring that is in the recipe. When things are cold the taste is going to be dulled, so when you make the custard, I have learned you almost have to be like “dang this is too strong!” I made the mistake of making REALLY good custard that was meh ice cream.
