Slow Cooker/Instant Pot – Slow cookers and Instant Pots are the busy mom’s best friends! This plan provides the variety of our Traditional Plan, except every recipe can cook in your slow cooker and many include Instant Pot options too. BONUS: Each month’s plan also includes one week of Slow Cooker Freezer meals that can be assembled in about 1 hour!
No Flour, No Sugar – Healthy food can be delicious! This meal plan features easy-to-prepare, hearty, healthy recipes for your family to enjoy. These meals are big on veggies and protein from whole foods that you can find in any supermarket. Enjoy a Salad of the Week, and an optional Easy Protein of the Week. No flour or artificial sugars added.

How does the Eat at Home membership work?
Each week, you’ll receive a meal planning guide which includes six dinners and one dessert (the No Flour/No Sugar has five dinners and one Salad for the Week). You can flip through each different category to choose the ones that sound best, and swap out meals if needed. All the lists are color-coded so you can easily check your grocery list to see which ingredients pair with each recipe.
Mix up the days if you want!
You’re able to cook these meals in any order you wish, and you’ll also receive a mix of dinners with different preparation methods so you’ll be able to plan which meals work best for your busiest days. The Traditional and Wholesome plans will include at least one 15 minute meal and at least one slow cooker/Instant Pot meal each week so that you can easily fit home-cooked meals into your family’s busy schedule.
