Get ready for even more fun & freebies with the new Kellogg’s Family Rewards revamp!

Starting January 3rd, Kellogg’s Family Rewards is getting a makeover. Members will still get access to great coupons, special offers, and exclusive content – BUT earning rewards will be easier than ever!

Instead of reward points, you’ll earn tokens for uploading receipts, taking polls, and during special promotions. Each month, there will be more opportunities to earn which means racking up tokens faster than ever to get those sweet rewards.

One action equals one token, and all you need is FIVE tokens to get rewarded each month! 🙌🏼

Best of all, new rewards will be added so you’ll have an awesome selection from which to choose! You can earn free gift cards, enter cool sweepstakes, snag fun swag and more.

Current rewards members can still earn points through December 15th, but keep in mind that ALL points will expire on December 31st and do not roll over into the new program. Make sure to browse the Rewards Catalog and spend all those points now!

Note that some rewards may be out of stock, but Kellogg’s will be replenishing the catalog throughout the rest of this year.

Kellogg’s often provides FREE rewards points when you enter bonus codes into your account, however, we’re not sure how this new program will affect these special offers.

In the meantime, make sure you’re following this page to score the best Kellogg’s deals and keep earning rewards.

Hopped on as soon as I seen this post. Got $20 Amazon and some coupons. Now the site seems pretty slow lol.

    • Lorie

How do you get the Amazon
      ? Thanks

      • Amber

They were 8000 points for $5. Hope they aren’t sold out. If so the site said they would still be restocking.

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Oh wow! That’s awesome! Congrats on your score!

Do you know if you will have to create a new account or will it just be transferred? I already have an account so I’m assuming the sign up you’re referring to is for new users only? I just wanted to clarify 😊

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Nope! You don’t have to sign up again. Just be sure to use any points before Dec. 31st when they will expire.

      • liz

Thank you! I appreciate it! 🙂

        • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

          You bet! Glad to help!

It is a shame your points expire if you cannot use them – Kelloggs should find a way they can be donated to a good cause. I am glad and surprised that coupons will still be available. I just heard from a rep at Kelloggs yesterday that coupons will no longer be offered with the new program which is why they are not fixing the long ongoing issue with coupons with the current program.

    • Lana

You can donate them. Just check the rewards area.

    • SP1

What is the long ongoing issue with the coupons?

      • rebecca

multiple times when i tried to get a coupon from the Kellogg’s reward site, it did not work reliably.
IDK if that’s the same issue the original comment meant, but what was the WORST was when it gave the opportunity to try a test coupon first to make sure it was working properly, and it would work fine, and then trying to do the real one gave an error.
obviously this would waste points, and the technical support could not ever help me fix it/determine the problem.

So coupons – this is not when you used points to order a coupon but when you go to the Kelloggs website to “click” and print a coupon. There has been an ongoing issue since June 2020. I have had nothing but a run around with Kelloggs – finally yesterday after my 5th tech tix – tells me they are not going to fix it and the new program is not going to have the web page to clip & print. All I can say I am beyond not happy. I had to prove to them it wasnt my pc & send screen shots from their FB page with other members stating the same issues – like that really is my job ?

Now as to donating the points – I mean if you have 123 points or some odd number

Here is hoping the new one is better. In my experience with rewards programs they usually make it harder to obtain rewards. I am hoping this one is different. I just redeemed 7500 points for a $5 gc from Best Buy and I redeemed 850 points for a $1 off any Kelloggs cereal x4. Safeway had on sale on Kelloggs cereals 4 for $5 so got some cereal for 25 cents!!!

This has been a terribly difficult site to use in past years. Something is always wrong with the site, and they wanted you to make changes to PW regularly. This does not seem like a site where they would need Ft Knox type of security, so I can only conclude they enjoyed making it difficult for the Family Rewards members. ‘m glad to cash out with some Amazon gift cards and call it a day….

    • lauriejack

yes this current version of the kelloggs rewards program has been very difficult. The system does not reward the correct points for the items purchased; does not reward double points when it is suppose to; ever special offer I have had to contact a rep for manual assistance; I went back and audited my acct and found 100’s of missing points

  6. Andrea

Thanks for the reminder to cash out my points. Was able to get $50 in Amazon gift cards to use for Christmas shopping!

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Wow! That’s awesome, Andrea! You’re SO very welcome! I scored the socks! 🤣

so an update on coupons for the New program – I contacted a rep the other day – there will no longer be any more free coupons. And the coupons you coupons you currently use points for will not be available either on an ongoing basis. They will be a rotating reward.
