I’m confused about the Costco deal. Is that to get a free membership or to receive $60 worth of product? Can someone please explain? TIA!

I went through the process and this is all they will tell you. You have to buy the $60 membership to find out what exactly the $60 “worth” of coupons entails.

Happy Veteran’s Day to all the military families out there! We just did a Blue Star Families reading club, they sponsor it for all military and even civilian families, to join together. We really enjoyed getting together each week and sharing our takes on the stories. It took place at our public library and was for parents and their kids up to age 12 and included dinner from sponsors Jimmy John’s & Mission Bbq (Mission is prob doing a Veteran’s Day deal). I just thought I’d put our experience out there for a military spouse or a parent reading this post & could see if this organization offers something in your area.

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Thanks a bunch for taking the time to comment, Brit! 💖

  7. Astrid

    Thanks for this extensive list!
My husband is a veteran, but he works 2nd shift, and will not have a day off on monday, so unfortunately, the majority of these deals won’t be available to him.
Still, it’s wonderful that so many businesses show their appreciation for the women and men that give so much to this country!

    • Tracy

Many of the restaurants honor curbside pickup even for the free Veterans Day meal.
