   i used photoshop to creat a 8×10 photo collage and then just uploaded it to the site..promo code works ! thanks collin!

   I just tested again and the code is working fine for me. I am not sure if this makes a difference, but I typed in the code rather than pasting in. I have also heard that this may not work if using the mobile app and/or when trying to order on your phone.

    I got the 8×10 for free! Thanks! If you’re having problems make sure your code is an uppercase X, may make a difference.

    *** Make sure you are ordering for a regular print, print size 8 x 10. I was doing it as a collage 8 x 10 no wonder the code did not work for me earlier. 😉

  You can ask them to reprint it for you if you are not satisfied. Even if it is a free item.
