Just an FYI to anyone considering this, I received an email that my photo quality was not good enough, after trying over 10 different photos (some proffessioNal, and yes I bought the rights) and none of them working I gave up. They have no contact number on there web site so I googled one and all you can do is leave a voicemail. Pretty frustrated and now have to fight to get my money back. Just wanted to share my experience. Pretty sad they don’t supply a contact number, but yet they have my card info
Some professional photographers will give you a low-resolution copy of the file and a high-resolution copy of the file–is it possible that you were uploading the low-resolution copy?
I only ask because I’ve used this site in the past with no issues.
