Happy Shopping! 😀
Can you get the penny deals online?
Not in the past.
Here in New York kids just finished school last week. Nothing like setting them up early from September. : . (
I know….I get sad for them…
That is terrible for them! Here in Georgia, my kids are 7 weeks into summer already! We just have 4 weeks left until school starts, so we are ready for these deals here.
Are Office Depot & Office Max the same thing just different names in different locations?
They were different companies. They merged.
Do you know if I can get the deals online and have it ship to me? I don’t think there is a office max in San Diego.
There are a few Office Depot stores in San Diego. But you can call customer service and they will give you details.
I think the closest OfficeMax to SD is in Mission Viejo (up the 5 in Orange County)
Awesome ? Already! 😀
YAY! 🙂
Thanks for the match-ups Collin.
You’re welcome!
What are teacher policies for office max/depot?
They said corporate said “teachers” abused the system and would buy too many or just resale them. So we have to follow posted limit for now.
that is a bunch of bull!!
My Office Max let me double the set limit. Yesterday I went in – the limit was 3 – I bought 6. I hope that helps! You do have to have the teacher rewards card.
What does the * before the 1cent deals mean?
What’s the restriction on the penny deals? Have to buy a certain amount of stuff first? Limits?
If you zoom in on the pictures Collin used, there is a $5 min. purchase and each item has limits in the fine print. HTH!
Awesome, thanks. I can’t seem to get zoomed so I had to ask
Limit is 3
Limit is 3 with minimum $5 purchase…hth
Thanks
I was able to purchase 3 times what the limit in the ad says. I had to show my teacher rewards card. This worked for penny deals and with $1 deals like the index cards. Limit in ad says 3, I was able to buy 9.
Will these prices be available online? Does anyone know?
I’m pretty sure these offers will be in store only. In the footer of the front page it says “offers valid at OD and OM Stores only”, doesn’t specify which “offers” so I always assume the worst. Especially since OD bought OM, OD doesn’t offer free after rewards items, at least not that I’ve seen.
We have been out of school for six weeks and go back next week so I really need these deals to get started! Thank you!
Now that Office Depot and Office Max merged, can we still roll the Office Max’s max reward money when we purchase another max reward product? Who’s reward program is being implemented?
Who knows! I haven’t seen a “max perks” offer for a free thing in months! I had to use my money by 5/31 and just bought stuff in the store!
Me too! I used to roll the rewards all the time, but it has been months since they have had any free with rewards items
I asked then about the rewards programs when I was in the store the other day, and so far they haven’t merged them. They might at some point, but a lot is still up in the air.
I have never had problems with office max, but today I spent $6 and went to get all the 1cent deals and was told $5 for each 1cent deal. I was able to choose one of the deals only. Is this new? Anyone else have problems? Total waste of time today.
I spent 3.30 after coupons with no issue today. Got my limit on all of the deals
Wendy – I just got back from Office Max (Portland, OR) and didn’t have a problem. We purchased three of the $1 packs of Sharpies, one pack of the $2 Pink Pearl erasers ($5 total) plus three packages of the eraser caps ($.03), three packs of the notecards ($.03) and ten of the folders ($.10). They also had glittery rulers on clearance for $.10, so my total was $5.26.
It was my first time back to this store for 3 months and it was all new people. Nothing was labeled with sale prices, she had to override one of the penny deals. Maybe I should contact company.
Yeah I did the deals yesterday, spent $6 on dry erase markers, and then bought 3 eraser caps, 3 note cards, and 10 folders, all in one purchase. $6.16 before tax.
I did not have that issue. I bought all item and my total was $6 before my penny items!
There is a $1/2 Five Star products coupon in todays paper. That makes the clearview portfolios just 50 cents each!
Can you price match at Staples for this deal?
Only if they are offering it online I think….
