   If anyone wants to use the Sears/Kmart spend $10/get 10,000 points or spend $20/get 20,000 points here are the codes. They expire today 9/30 at midnight. I planned on using them and just didn’t work out for me. $10 code 9815603572911278 $20 code 9812918855541510. Hope someone can use these!

   Does anyone know how to find a list of all items eligible for shop your way reward points? I know there is a tab on kmart.com for ShopYourWay exclusives, but that only lists a few items… nothing like the items that Collin lists. I am currently trying to reach out to kmart customer service, but it’s been an hour on the phone being on hold and being transferred because no one seems to know the answer??

   Anyone getting their orders cancelled by K-Mart a lot lately? Seems like everything I buy and am supposed to get back points, part of the order gets cancelled and then I don’t get the points cause now the threshold isn’t met any more. It’s starting to be a real hassle.

   I used my $10 back in points coupon on an order last night for a pillow and some play doh, paid everything with points except for .01 via paypal. Got an email this morning that the pillow was cancelled cause payment didn’t go thru. I checked my paypal account and it said it had sent the payment to kmart. So of course they process the playdoh and took my points but now I’m not going to get my $10 in points back unless I go thru a bunch of hassle! And of course the coupon is expired now! I’m starting to see why they are going out of business.

  Call Shop Your Way–they have always just put the money in my account when it gets canceled on their end because it wasn’t my fault. Their customer service has always been great in helping me out.

  I did the headphones deal and used shopyourway max since I don’t have a Kmart closeby. Well, they decided since the promo was advertised on social media, they were going to cancel the promo and make it invalid. My order showed the 20,000 bonus points before I hit the order now button but afterwards it was gone. They would not manually credit nor would they cancel the order so they are sending me a shipping label to mail it back once I receive it. It’s been a hassle with two cust service calls, a chat, and mailing.

  See… this is what I mean… (see my post above) Not sure why they even have these bonus point promo’s if they won’t advertise them. Nobody from Kmart could (would) answer my question about where to find reward points sales
  … I’m just trying to learn and understand Kmarts policies so I can have a more pleasurable shopping experience with them but boy are they makin’ it tough! lol I don’t understand why all the mystery… does anyone know..

    If you go to local.kmart.com and search for these items in the search box, you might be able to get some of them for cheaper. The salad spinner is only $11 on my local site.
