I have to give this company huge credit. They sent me 3 free canvas after the last fiasco. I must say that they are very nice and I would order from them for the right price. my previous canvas came from picaboo. they were the same price but 1.5 inch gallary wrapped vs these promotions are for 0.75 inches. I get irritated with companies offering 60-90% discounts as if it was a super deal, where in reality the original prices are sky high and unreasonable.
Oh wow that’s great that you got the 3 Free actually sent to you. I ordered one before Collin posted that it was a glitch, but my order still shows in progress and at this point I have no hope for it being processed and shipped and don’t want to call them to fight it since it was a glitch. But it’s great to know they actually honored some of those orders.
I think I just got lucky, because I accidentally submitted low resolution pictures and got an email to correct them. The production must happen in a different area because I emailed them back 2 days later with the attached photos and the next day got shipment notification.
I’m disappointed in this company! First, their prices if you keep googling them changes with each coupon code. Example: I went to order them and thought it was a decent deal, then I decided to research coupons before submitting my order. I found a few codes and decided to try it and the original prices changed and discounted them and made my prices higher. I got back to the prices I was at and finally got to pay and they have $50 in shipping. It’s kinda outrageous when I felt like I was getting a decent deal. Then I just tried a free shipping code and it removed all my discounted canvases. Either way you end up paying! And their prices change almost daily so beware. Those canvases range from $50-$175 depending on the day and code. I feel bad for the people that don’t realize that and pay too much. I hope their product is nice since I spent over an hour trying to deal with the site.
I completely agree with you!! Their prices change all the time. When you google the codes, the go as high as 90% off but of course the price jumps up as well. I was so annoyed when I was actually trying to redo all the walls with canvas prints because I didn’t know when I was actually getting a deal. I ended up giving up on the project until I further study prices from other companies.
I prefer companies like pottery barn, where everything is more or less the same price. So when they are having a sale or I find a coupon for 15 or 20% off, I know I’m getting a deal. When a company posts regular price of $135 but on daily basis sells it between $25-40 with some crazy sales, then obviously the regular price is total BS.
