So I placed a small order and used my 5.00 no rush credit. My total should have been 2.74 but instead the “pantryoct” code took off 2.74 and charged me 5.99 shipping. I chatted with them and got a 3.25 credit placed in my account for the additional amount I should have saved.
the pantryoct is not working for me…and I used only the items they said would work. Hmmmm…what could be wrong. Frustrating!!!

Some people may be having problems because your Prime Pantry order Will never be cheaper than $5.99 out of pocket. So if your 4 items for free shipping are cheaper than $5.99… it won’t take off the full amount. Hope this helps.

I ended up getting one bottle of Airborne Chewable Tablets (64 count), two boxes of GoodSense Ibuprofen (24 Count), and a bottle of Resolve Carpet Stain Remover for a total of $6.41. I had the same problem with the full $5.99 not being taken off. Cs told me it was because there were coupons on 2 of my items that disqualified me for free shipping on those items. That’s never been the case before, but just a heads up. Strange!
I ordered about $27 worth of items (all with coupons), both the shipping discount and no-rush discount applied in full and my total was $15.71.
