This site has great customer service. I ordered 8 canvas prints yesterday without this deal. I called today to see if I could cancel and reorder with this 85% off and free shipping and they were so accommodating. They just offered to refund the difference with no issues! I’m trying to order the 16×20 and its cutting off my picture. Do you know how I would fix this?

Is anyone else having trouble uploading pictures? I get an error each time I try. It works when I upload the picture under “Wall Displays” though.
I have been having the same problem LSS. I can not get past uploading and selecting size. Very frustrating. I have used this company 8 times. I print from my phone so calling customer service from my phone makes things too complicated for me.

Can we order the deal and print later or does it have to be actually ordered (with a picture) now? I’m having a baby in February so this would be great then when he’s born….but right now I wouldn’t have a picture I’d need to print off.
