I tried this rebate and they denied it even though I bought the correct product and did the rebate correctly. I was disappointed.

a deniel email for this brand hair color rebate was sent to me several weeks after submitting it, i think the reason for the denail was that i purchased item that does not qualify, i sent them back that its the right item for sure and they replied that they will approve it, recieved my rebate few months later!

I finally received my 6.97 rebate check today for the rebate submit date 6/13/16.
They denied mine too. I always keep a copy of my stuff I submitted. I called and they sent my money

I got a denial email on the last one too. Good thing I copied my stuff. They said someone entered a number wrong. I did get my rebate eventually. They don’t sound very reputable on honoring their rebates.
