I bought this a couple weeks ago when they had it on sale…My husband and I both love it. We’ve used manual and battery powered toothbrushes before and using this Sonicare is night and day. My teeth feel so clean! It took a little getting use to but it is awesome!
My Sonicare just died but only after having it for, geez, has to be going on 10 years or so. I can’t remember! I love it. The reviews they have of “gunk” hoarding in between the toothbrush head and the battery main area is true, but I have learned to, first, take it apart after every use to let it air and dry out, and second, when it does get “gunk,” I take a Q-tip and clean it out. Supposedly it is a design flaw, but I have seen others suggest utilizing the fingertip of a plastic glove to seal it up (something like that anyway!), but I loved mine. My decision now is should I get one or two…. uggg, decisions, decisions. The heads are expensive to replace, so you do need watch for sales. I usually buy mine at Sam’s Club when they are on sale. To pay full price for them is just plain sinful!
Here’s a review! My family…we don’t get cavities. I even brush my 4yo teeth with a sonicare.
My family and I love the Essence!!! We haven’t bought a manual toothbrush in many, many years (and will never go back)! I usually buy them on Amazon, but recently puchased one at Walmart – I think it was$19.99 and it did not come with a travel case. We use our travel cases frequently (vacations, overnight trips to grandma’s, etc.). Gets our teeth much cleaner than a manual toothbrush. The Essence will last several years. When we notice that it’s slowing down on a charge, we buy a new one. It will last for years. Just change out the brush heads. Great purchase!

These are amazing toothbrushes. Our orthodontist refers to them as the, “Mercedes” version of a toothbrush.
I bought this when you posted about it a couple weeks ago.
I haven’t used it as it is to replace my current one when it dies, but it is the same a my current one and i am very satisfied.
Years ago, I started using a manual toothbrush and my dentist immediately noticed my teeth were better cared for.
I have spent $5,000 on dental care this year (I am in my early 30s, but medication for chronic illness has effected my teeth); considering what my dentist said previously I think I can safely say this one was a moneymaker when I consider dental bills!
