In order to redeem you Bonus Reward, you will need to click on the “Click to activate” button on your email. We spotted our towards the bottom of the email in a blue banner. Then, you will be prompted to either show your certificate at the register or apply it to your online order by 11/8.
Note this bonus certificate can be redeemed immediately at participating Best Buy stores and you must redeem your certificate in a single transaction with a total purchase price equal to or greater than the value of the certificate.

Wait, I didn’t get it. I guess I actually earned $5 in rewards from my purchases. I didn’t see an email with this title at all.
I got the email, no extra $5 to claim, but I already had $5 I just earned when I bought the new Xbox and that was listed, so maybe you don’t get it if you have earned rewards.

FYI, I got the offer but on a different email. Mine was title “Did Someone Order Great Offers?” The offer was about halfway down the email and yes, it is very small. Hope this helps!

I logged in to find they removed points from my account 😂. I can’t win. No email reward either.
I received this $5 reward offer in my email last week and already used it. I just received another email today with subject “For you… There are so many offers happening right NOW.” which offered an additional $5 reward for this week (valid 11/12-11/15) so you may want to double check your emails again!!
